Services

In industry there is no room for chance. The quality of welded joints, pressure components, steel structures and production components must be confirmed reliably, repeatably and in accordance with technical requirements.

Badania NDT

Testing is carried out by inspectors certified to EN ISO 9712, level 2 and 3.

NDT services are used primarily by companies in industries such as:

steel structure manufacturing,
the welding and metalworking industry,
petrochemicals,
the power industry,
pipeline and pressure component manufacturing,
heavy and manufacturing industry.

Non-destructive testing is used in manufacturing plants, during prefabrication, assembly and acceptance, as well as in maintenance and in-service inspections. It supports quality control of products created through welding processes and other joining methods, helping to reduce the risk of costly rework, complaints and downtime

At ULTRARENT we tailor the scope of testing to the specifics of the project: the type of material, the type of joint, the operating conditions of the component, the client’s requirements, and the stage of the process at which the inspection is carried out. This means our clients receive testing tailored to their actual needs, rather than a random set of test methods.

ULTRARENT Sp. z o.o. is a professional non-destructive testing (NDT) laboratory that provides testing and inspection services across the entire country — from Pomerania to the Subcarpathian region, and from Lower Silesia to Podlasie. Thanks to our wide operating reach and qualified team of specialists, we offer comprehensive service for both medium and large enterprises, as well as smaller industrial plants — in every voivodeship of Poland

Testing and diagnostics performed by our laboratory

Testing can cover both finished products and semi-finished products, castings, rolled components, pipes, welds and components operating under load. Depending on the client’s needs, inspection can be a spot check or part of a broader quality assurance system.

VT – visual testing

VT visual testing is a basic testing method and usually the first stage of quality assessment. It can detect visible discontinuities such as cracks, undercuts, an incorrect weld profile, surface damage or signs of corrosion, and can indicate whether more advanced methods need to be used

PT – penetrant testing

PT penetrant testing is used to detect discontinuities open to the surface in materials with low porosity. This method works well for inspecting cracks, pores and other surface defects, especially where high sensitivity in assessing surface condition is required

MT – magnetic particle testing

MT testing uses a magnetic field and ferromagnetic material to reveal surface and near-surface discontinuities in ferromagnetic materials. It is an effective method for inspecting steel components and welds, where quick detection of cracks and other defects in load-bearing areas is important

UT – ultrasonic testing

UT ultrasonic testing allows the interior of a material to be assessed without damaging it. The method is used to detect internal discontinuities such as cracks, lack of fusion, lack of penetration or material inhomogeneities, and is therefore widely used for inspecting welds, sheet metal, pipes and structural components

RT – radiographic testing

RT radiographic testing is one of the most valued volumetric assessment methods, especially for components with high quality requirements. It allows the internal structure of the tested object to be imaged and discontinuities such as porosity, cracks or lack of penetration to be detected, which is why it is often used for pressure components and critical welded joints

Selecting the right method for the task

There is no single universal technique suitable for every case. In practice, effective quality control often requires a combination of several testing methods, in order to obtain a reliable picture of the material’s condition and reduce the risk of an incorrect assessment.

Why choose ULTRARENT?

ULTRARENT is a partner for companies that expect technical reliability, punctuality and a practical approach to quality control. We support clients in assessing welds, materials and industrial structures, focusing on detecting discontinuities, reducing operational risk and confirming workmanship quality

Working with us means:

  • selecting NDT methods for the specific application,
  • support with the inspection of welded joints and structural components,
  • testing carried out by qualified personnel,
  • the use of specialised inspection equipment,
  • the ability to combine methods for a more complete assessment,
  • support for production, acceptance, repairs and in-service inspections,

We understand the realities of working in industrial plants. That’s why we focus on clear communication, efficient organisation of testing, and results that help make quality, technological and acceptance decisions without unnecessary delays.

Quality control that supports production and safety

Effective NDT testing helps maintain the required level of quality, reduce the risk of failure, and confirm the suitability of products for continued service. It is not only an element of compliance with technical requirements, but also a tool supporting production continuity, operational safety and supplier reliability.

If you need a trusted partner for weld testing, material verification or industrial structure quality control, ULTRARENT provides non-destructive testing tailored to the specifics of your industry and project requirements

Contact ULTRARENT and order NDT testing tailored to your production, investment or repair project. We will prepare a testing scope for welds, materials and structures designed to support quality, safety and on-time project delivery.
