NDT Inspection Across Europe

NDT Inspection and Corrosion Mapping. Results and Decisions the Same Day.

For investment and production projects: We eliminate costly downtime by cutting inspection time from days to hours. In the event of a failure: We pinpoint the right method and provide certified support immediately.

See how we’ve implemented advanced non-destructive testing (NDT), minimizing the risk of failure and multi-million losses at the largest power and industrial plants in Poland and Europe.

Detecting In-Service Damage

Prevents serious failures, increases user safety, and extends the service life of machinery and structures.

Corrosion Under Insulation (CUI)

Digital radiography in NDT covers DR (Digital Radiography) and CR (Computed Radiography) techniques, in which X-ray or gamma radiation passes through the component and the image of its internal structure is captured on a digital detector or imaging plate instead of conventional film.

In-Service Damage

Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing (PAUT) is an advanced NDT method in which a multi-element ultrasonic probe generates a beam that is electronically steered at multiple angles in a single scan, enabling a full volumetric assessment of welds, castings, and structural components.

TOFD (Time of Flight Diffraction) ultrasonic testing is a highly precise, volumetric NDT technique used to detect and size discontinuities in welded joints and steel components. The TOFD technique uses the diffraction of ultrasonic waves at the edges of discontinuities, enabling their detection and accurate sizing.

Magnetic particle testing (MT) is a non-destructive testing method used to detect surface and near-surface discontinuities in ferromagnetic materials such as carbon and low-alloy steels.

Leaks or Pressure Loss

Vacuum box leak testing (LT) is a non-destructive technique for detecting leaks in welds and joints where a pressure test of the entire system cannot be performed safely or economically.

Is an NDT method used to detect surface-breaking discontinuities, based on the capillary action of a penetrant liquid seeping into surface openings.

Stop the Problem Before It Stops Your Production.

From immediate failure diagnosis to mandatory inspections required by the UDT (the Polish national technical inspection authority, equivalent to the notified body regimes operating across the EU). We are a certified expert in non-destructive testing, delivering fast mobilisation and fully digital documentation.

  • Testing laboratory recognized by UDT — testing conducted in accordance with quality requirements for regulated equipment and critical processes
  • Less downtime and continuous operation — early detection reduces the risk of failure and costly shutdowns
  • Fast readiness and short turnaround times — efficient logistics, priority scheduling, express test results
  • Classic and advanced NDT inspection techniques performed by a team of specialists with years of experience
  • ISO 9712 Level 3 in all five principal NDT methods — VT, PT, MT, RT and UT. We write and approve the inspection procedure, not only perform the test.
